Organization settings
Manage the organization-wide options on Mozaik's Organization settings page — guest consent, in-browser recording for guests, and global CDN streaming.

The Organization settings page holds the account-wide options an admin controls in one place. These settings apply across your whole organization, so a change here affects every workspace and user. You'll find them under Settings → Organization → Organization settings.
The page has three toggles.
Request consent from guests
When this is on, guests are asked to agree via a consent link before they can access their account. Turn it on if your organization needs recorded consent from external contributors before they start working. It's off by default.
Web recording for guests
When this is on, guests can record their videos directly in the browser — no separate app or download needed. Leave it on to let external contributors capture footage straight from Mozaik; turn it off if you'd rather guests only upload existing files.
Stream content via global CDN
When this is on, content is delivered through a global content delivery network (CDN), which improves loading times and reduces buffering. In exchange, data may be streamed through servers outside the EU. Turn it off if your organization needs content to stay within EU-based infrastructure.
Good to know: These three toggles are the only settings on this page. Workspaces, account roles, billing, usage limits, and personal preferences each have their own screen under Settings — this page is just for the organization-wide options above.
