Track what your automations are doing in the Runs tab, understand each status, and fix and restart a run that failed.

Once your automations are live, the Runs tab is your control room β€” it shows what ran, when, and how each run ended, so you can confirm things are working and step in when one doesn't. This article covers reading that log and getting a failed run back on track.

Where to find your runs

Open AI Automations from the left-hand navigation and switch to the Runs tab. Alongside it sit Automations (your flows), Connections and Variables. The Runs tab is a history of each time one of your automations has run β€” most recent first β€” which makes it the first place to look when you want to check on a format that runs regularly.

Read a run's status

Each run shows which automation it belongs to, when it started, and how it ended. A quick scan tells you whether everything is flowing or a run needs attention.

Restart a run with Retry

A failed run doesn't mean lost work. When you spot one, you don't have to rebuild anything β€” select the failed run and click Retry to run it again from the beginning.
