Managing your projects
Find, organize, and manage every video project in one place — search and filter your projects, and open, duplicate, rename, or share them.

Every video you make in Mozaik lives as a project. As your team produces more, the Projects area (left nav → Projects) becomes your control center: one place to find any video, pick up where you left off, and keep a growing library tidy. The page is titled Project management — "Search through all your previous projects and edit them further or share them."
Find a project
At the top of the list are four controls that work together, so you can zero in even when you have thousands of projects:
Search projects… — type any part of a project name.
Creator — filter by the team member who made the project.
Format — Landscape or Portrait (or None for no filter).
Project status — Open (still in progress) or Complete (finished), or None.
When any filter is active, a Clear filter link appears next to it to reset the view. The list is paged — you'll see a count like "1–20 of 3009" and page controls ("1 of 151") at the bottom.
What each project shows
Projects appear as a grid of cards. Each card shows the video thumbnail, the project name, the date it was last worked on, and the creator. A small label in the corner names the editor the project uses (for example, Real-Time Editor).
Manage a single project
Hover over a card and click the … menu in its corner. You get four actions:
Open — jump back into the project to keep editing.
Duplicate — copy the project as a new one. Handy for reusing a proven setup as a starting point across many videos.
Rename — give the project a clearer, more findable name.
Remove — delete the project.
You can also open a project directly by clicking its card.
Preview and share a finished video
Open a completed project and use Preview to watch it back, then Create video to render the final file. From there you can export an MP4, share a video link or landing page, or grab an embed code — each covered in its own article.
Start a new project
The Create new project … panel sits at the top right. Choose With template to start from a ready-made or custom template, or Without template to build from scratch. Every project uses your chosen orientation plus an automatically added square version.
Good to know: Because everything is a project, the Projects area scales with you. Clear names, a quick Duplicate of a proven setup, and the status and creator filters keep a high-volume library searchable — so producing lots of video stays fast instead of turning into a hunt.
