What Mozaik is

Mozaik is the automation layer for corporate video — set up a pipeline once and produce on-brand videos at volume.

Mozaik is a platform for producing corporate video at volume. Instead of editing one video at a time, you set up a pipeline — template, brand, footage, and automation — that turns raw recordings into finished, on-brand videos again and again. This article covers what Mozaik is and what to aim for first.

More infrastructure than editor

Classic video production is linear: shoot, cut, brand, export — once per video. Mozaik works differently. You configure a repeatable system once, then run it every time you need that format. Think less video editor, more video infrastructure: the setup that lets a team ship dozens of on-brand videos without redoing the manual work each time.

The four parts of a pipeline

Every Mozaik pipeline combines four building blocks:

  • Template — the structure and scene layouts a format always follows.
  • Brand — your logo, colors, fonts, and brand kit elements, applied automatically.
  • Footage — recordings you capture yourself or collect from others.
  • Automation — the rules that cut, brand, caption, and export without manual steps.

Set these up once and the pipeline produces finished videos on demand.

You decide how much is automated

Each pipeline runs at the automation level you choose:

  • Level 1 – partial (up to 20%): automate simple steps like branding and audio cleanup; the rest stays manual.
  • Level 2 – hybrid (up to 60%): automate structuring, rough cuts, and subtitles; creative steps stay with your team.
  • Level 3 – full (up to 100%): standardized formats run end-to-end, from footage to export.

Good to know: Automation never locks you out — every result stays fully editable, and you define exactly which steps run automatically.

Who Mozaik is for

Teams that already produce a lot of video and want more output with less manual work: marketing and social, employer branding and HR, learning & development, and in-house or agency video teams. The more a format repeats, the more Mozaik saves.

Your first goal: one working pipeline

Don't aim for a single finished video. Aim for one working pipeline you can reuse — a template, your brand applied, a way to bring in footage, and an automation that ties them together. Once it runs, every future video of that format is minutes of work, not hours.

Good to know: Mozaik lives in the web app (web.mozaik-app.com), where all functionality and future updates are. The mobile Creator app still exists but is no longer updated — use the web app.
