Mozaik lets you decide how much of your video workflow runs on autopilot. We describe this as your automation level — a way of thinking about how much AI handles versus how much your team does by hand. It ranges across three levels, from light assistance to fully automated formats.

This is a concept, not a switch. There is no single "levels" toggle in the app. Instead, you shape automation through the templates and workflows you set up, and you can land anywhere along the scale.

Good to know: Every result stays editable. You define exactly which steps are automated, and any output can still be refined in the editor. Automation frees up time for quality — it does not replace your judgment.

Level 1 – Partial automation (up to ~20%)

At this level, templates already simplify your creative projects, and a few straightforward steps run automatically. Your team stays hands-on with most of the work.

Typically automated:

  • Audio optimization

Level 2 – Hybrid automation (up to ~60%)

Here AI takes over more of the repetitive, structural work while the creative decisions stay manual. This is the sweet spot for teams that want speed without giving up creative control.

  • Review and sorting of raw footage

  • Subtitling

  • Rough cut

  • Structure and naming

Level 3 – Full automation (up to ~100%)

For standardized, recurring formats, Mozaik can automate the whole pipeline — from raw material to a publish-ready video.

Choosing your level

Every stage in between is configurable, so you are not locked into a fixed level. Decide which steps to automate and where your team steps in — the workflow adapts to your process, not the other way around.

Automation is most worthwhile for teams that regularly produce videos in standardized, repeatable formats, where the format and structure stay consistent. The more videos you make from the same blueprint, the more time you save.
