Find out where to manage your Mozaik plan, payment methods, and invoices from your account settings.

Your plan, payment details, and invoices are all managed in one place. As an admin, you can reach them from your Mozaik account settings at any time.

Where to find it

Open Settings and look under the Organization section. Select Billing & Subscription.

This item has a small external-link icon next to it, because it opens Mozaik's secure billing portal in a new browser tab rather than staying inside the app.

Good to know: Only admins see the Organization settings. If you don't see Billing & Subscription, you likely don't have admin rights on the account.

What the billing portal is for

The billing portal is where you review and manage everything related to your subscription. From there you can:

  • Review your subscription β€” see your current plan and billing cycle.

  • Manage payment methods β€” add or update the card or payment method on file.

  • Update billing addresses β€” keep your billing and invoice details current.

  • View your invoice history β€” access past invoices and billing records.

Because the portal is a secure, separate area, you may be asked to confirm before making changes. Take a moment to review anything you update.

Good to know: The billing portal opens in its own tab. When you're done, simply close that tab to return to Mozaik.
