With Mozaik campaigns or Mozaik guest invitations, you can request video content from internal or external people and work together with guests on video projects.
For legal reasons, in most cases you will need declarations of consent so that you can use the content (e.g. video recordings) created by other people.
For this reason, Mozaik offers you the option of using the Consent Capture Tool to obtain your guests' consent automatically - without a lot of paperwork!
This tool directs your guests to a website where they consent to the use of the content before the video content is created. This way, you can be sure that every guest grants you permission to use the content.
And this is how it works:
First, you need a “consent page”. This is the page on which your guests agree to use the video content you have created. It normally consists of
an explanation of the rights granted and their limitations
one or more fields with which your guest agrees by ticking the box
a “Confirm” button
